Rethinking safety on set
Film and TV sets are fast-moving, high-risk environments. Traditional training has laid important groundwork in raising awareness and setting compliance standards, but it isn’t always enough to shift culture or engage today’s freelance, fast-paced workforce.
Other high-risk industries like construction, healthcare, and energy are already using immersive, experiential methods to drive real behavioural change.
Set Ready Safety brings this proven approach to the screen industries — using realistic simulations, emotional storytelling, and hands-on learning to embed safety as a shared, lived value across every crew and production.
